I’ve been working in the floral industry since 2013 and have designed and completed roughly 700+ events and weddings in that timeframe!

I hate pickles … like really hate pickles…

I grew up in rural Pennsylvania! Most of my childhood was spent at my family’s farm with my brother + cousins riding our ATV’s, building forts in the hay loft, jumping on the trampoline or picking potatoes!

Prior to moving to CO, I was actually in the film + television industry in Pittsburgh, PA! I was able to accomplish one of my bucket list dreams of getting my name in the credits of a few films!

What started as a love for flowers has grown into a full-service floral studio and thoughtfully curated storefront led by a young, female entrepreneur.

I began running the shop full-time in 2017, learning the ins and outs of what our customers truly value in a mountain town flower and gift shop. When I took ownership in 2022, I had the opportunity to shape the business into what it is today—a space rooted in creativity, community, and care.

We’re a small but mighty team made up primarily of talented women—some building their families, others enjoying their well-earned 'fun' years. Together, we bring heart, humor, and craftsmanship into every bouquet, event, and gift we create. This business is more than flowers; it’s a reflection of the people who bring it to life—and we’re so grateful to share it with you.

We partner closely with our couples to bring their destination wedding + event florals to life—no matter where they’re planning from. With thoughtful communication and top-tier planning tools, we’ll craft a custom proposal that lets you see the lush variety of blooms, colors and design details before the big day. Whether you’re dreaming from across the state or across the country, we’re here to make the process seamless, flexible, and genuinely enjoyable—questions always welcome.

Arrangements + Occasions

Our walk-in cooler is always stocked with fresh, seasonal blooms chosen for their beauty, longevity, and the joy they bring our customers. Each bouquet is designed right here in the shop—no cookie-cutter arrangements or wire service templates in sight. Every design is one-of-a-kind, thoughtfully crafted to feel as special as the moment it’s made for.

 Gifts + Decor

Our storefront is thoughtfully stocked with on-trend home décor and gifts that bring a little extra joy to everyday living. Each spring, we team up with our favorite wholesalers to curate pieces our customers truly love—elevating what our little mountain town has to offer. You won’t find kitschy souvenirs here. Instead, think beautifully packaged candles, luxe perfumes and lotions, cozy shawls and scarves, artful vases, and charming home accents—perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

Due to our small but dedicated team, we are only able to service venues and events within Grand County.

This includes: Grand Lake, Granby, Tabernash, Fraser, Winter Park, Hot Sulphur, Parshall & Kremmling.

Meet The Team

  • Sonya Wyatt

    Event Coordinator + Senior Designer

    I stumbled into the world of flowers when I was homeschool teaching a group of neighborhood kiddos. My now husband asked me one day, "if you could do anything besides teaching, what would you do?" My answer was that I would be a florist. That simple question sparked the courage to submit an application for a floral internship and I've been hooked ever since!

    My husband and I are newlyweds and I just moved to the Grand County area from Colorado Springs! I am constantly in awe of how beautiful my surroundings are and I'm so grateful to be here at The Stalk Market!

    Fun Fact:

    I drink tea with cream and sugar every night and love any and every historical fiction movie (all thanks to my English teacher mom)

  • Becky McBride

    Retail Staff | Designer

    Becky (aka: the other Becky) joined our team with a background in retail, restaurant, child care, IT (and many other things!). You’ll see Beck’s at the front desk helping our retail customers and assisting with floral orders over the phone and in the workshop!

    Linda came to us with a personal background of co-owing a floral shop another lifetime-ago. After she moved to Grand Lake she decided it was time to dip her toe back into the floral world. We are so grateful to have Linda on our team!

    In Dee’s words “The old lady of the staff (or grandma)” with over 40 years floral experience but never too old to learn new things.

    From New Jersey but lost the accent unless on coffee #4.

    Up for any new floral challenge in any Grand County weather!

    Newly retired, so anxious to expand on my love of the outdoors, reading, dog activities and travel.

    Designer | Retail Staff

    Elle is a Texas transplant who got here as soon as she could! After graduating college and getting married, her love of flowers took root and has been growing for the past decade. Francophile, dog lover, and whimsical floral design enthusiast, Elle is so thankful to get to work with the lovely Stalk Market crew.

    Fun Facts:

    Never met a craft or artistic hobby she didn’t like

    In her free time, can usually be found outside walking her snow obsessed dog, or curled up on the couch with said dog reading a book or watching the latest binge worthy show

    Elle studied French in school, and while she doesn’t use it much lately, she still harbors a dream to renovate a chateau in the French countryside with her handy husband

    Absolutely cannot stand stinky cheese. Don’t even bring it up.
