Why We Offer Mini Packages vs. à La Carte Wedding Designs
We often get requests for just a bridal bouquet and boutonniere, and while we don’t offer custom à la carte designs for single bridal quality items, we do offer thoughtfully curated mini floral packages designed to balance beauty, sustainability, and the realities of how flowers are purchased for retail.
Here’s why:
Professional, Quality Blooms: when we design even one bridal bouquet, we still have to purchase flowers in bulk — bridal quality blooms like roses come in bunches of 25, ranunculus in 10, lisianthus in 10–20, and so on. Most bouquets only use a small portion of those bunches, and without additional pieces to design (like centerpieces or bridesmaid bouquets), the leftover flowers often go unused — which isn’t great for the planet or for a small business trying to cover time and costs.
Labor: We’ve all seen it, the sketch where a couple walks into a flower shop and asks for an arrangement and it’s $x cost - then they correct themselves and say “Wait it’s for a wedding” and the florist walks back their statement and says “Then it’s $X cost”. While I can see how this can be a frustrating situation, there is a reason why florists charge differently for wedding work vs. everyday designs. When we create pieces for a wedding it takes a considerable amount of time to plan, research, source, process/prepare and create a package unique for you. Not to mention, you’re working with folks who have a ton of experience in color theory, design, mechanics, pricing, flower care, proper tools, design supplies like ribbon/vase etc. and how to pull it together to create a work of art. Just like a hair salon, not everyone is able to give you the same hair cut you’re looking for - you wouldn’t want the receptionist doing it haha, you’d want the person in the back with 5-10+ years of experience right?
In our case, I make sure I have a plan in place for your wedding design. That I’ve calculated how many stems and of what kind of flowers that I need to purchase to make your floral design come true. It also includes my personal time, as the lead designer & owner making the 6+ hour round trip to Denver every week to hand select your blooms for the correct color, style, quantity and best overall health. I am also the person designing your most cherished pieces, I don’t leave these babes up to chance! I sincerely care that I’m providing you with the best product that I can.

Our Approach
Our intimate floral packages are designed to optimize the use of the flowers we purchase in bulk from our wholesalers and growers. While a specific bouquet may only require a few stems of a particular flower, we must purchase flowers in larger quantities (often 25 stems per variety) to ensure availability. This helps us maintain freshness and variety while minimizing waste, ensuring you receive the best value and quality for your order.
These are set packages and cannot be altered outside of the options presented.
Seasonal Floral
These packages are ideal for couples who want their florist to have the opportunity to add in special seasonal elements as needed vs. a cookie cutter design. As such these are designer's choice packages, which means we will create the arrangements in the color scheme and style requested, however we as the designer will select the most beautiful in season blooms and greenery to create the arrangements with the week of your wedding.
Packages like this can often be categorized by a style or color grouping, for example: a timeless white and greenery package, a wildflower style package or a fall color scheme package.
Inclusive Pricing
This pricing includes the cost of the flowers as well as hard-goods (ie: vases/ribbon) & mechanics, logistics, labor and design.
It does not include any delivery or set up.
Pick up
At this time, our intimate packages are for pick up only.
We are located at: 828 Grand Ave. Unit #102, Grand Lake, CO 80447 - Right beside the HUB coffee shop!
Option 1:
Includes: 1 bridal bouquet, 1 boutonniere (or 1 piece for each partner) and 2 ceremony pieces (roughly 1.5-2ft wide each) These can be grounded or urn designs to be easily reused in your reception space.
Option 2:
Includes: 1 bridal bouquet, 1 boutonniere (or 1 piece for each partner) and up to 6 petite bridesmaids bouquets.
Option 3:
Includes: 1 bridal bouquet, 1 boutonniere (or 1 piece for each partner) and up to 6 petite centerpieces.
Need twice as much as a single package provides? No problem, you can purchase 2 or more mini packages for one event!
Each package includes the cost of flowers, labor, all vases/ribbon/tape/pins and/or mechanics and logistics needed to create your unique and beautiful package.
Mini Packages are for Pick Up Only.
